Policies
1. Health and Wellness:
Clients are kindly requested to reschedule their appointments if they are experiencing symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, sore throat, or any other contagious condition. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of both clients and staff.
2. Masking Policy:
The use of masks during massage sessions is optional for both clients and the massage therapist. We respect individual preferences regarding mask-wearing and will accommodate any client who wishes to wear a mask during their session. Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences regarding masking to the massage therapist.
3. Professional Boundaries:
Respect for the professional boundaries between the therapist and client is essential; sexual misconduct in any way is forbidden. Our services are exclusively therapeutic and completely non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behavior, innuendo, touching, or advances will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be asked to leave the premises.
4. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, we kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
5. Late Arrival Policy:
Clients are encouraged to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments (five minutes before for first time clients). In the event of a late arrival, every effort will be made to accommodate the remaining time of the session; however, it may need to be shortened to avoid inconvenience for subsequent clients. The full session fee will still apply.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy:
Resolve Massage Therapy & Bodywork respects the privacy and confidentiality of all client information and interactions. Personal and health-related information shared during massage sessions will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional ethics and legal requirements.
7. Payment Policy:
Payment for massage services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Receipts will be provided upon request for all transactions.
